Theory: The Land of Eternal Dawn IS Ras' Master

This idea sounds absolutely crazy at first but hear me out. This is my theory as to why the Land of Eternal Dawn is Ras' Master(bit of a long post) Let's first establish what this realm is. It's this land where everywhere is sunrise, and the land itself manipulates the surroundings to trick people to staying in there forever.
