My MOC of Flash Rogue, The Top. I used a Green Arrow head, Superman hair, and combined yellow hips with green legs. Because there is no good yellow and green striped torsos, I used a white and green one from an old soccer player Minifig and colored in the white parts with yellow Sharpie.
