The Preeminent from Season 11 isn't the Preeminent I rerember

First of all, why can it fly? Second off all, why are it's movements so fast?, in season 5 it was much slow. Also, in season 11, when pixel cut off one of it's tentacles, they didn't regrew into 2 like in season 5.
