Source ONI ?

A dedicated fan on Reddit has sparked a lively community discussion by proposing a series of thematic theories regarding the true nature of the Source Oni. This fan speculation follows a cryptic "no spoilers" response from one of the co-creators when previously asked about the mysterious entity, leaving enthusiasts eager to fill in the narrative gaps and connect the lore.

The user's central hypothesis posits that the Source Oni act as direct opposites to the Source Dragons. Further speculative pairs include Source Dragon Focus versus Source Oni Distraction, Source Dragon Life versus Source Oni Death, Source Dragon Flow versus Source Oni Blockage, and finally, Source Dragon Balance opposed by Source Oni Instability.
