Sonic 2 Aquatic Ruins

The last vignette in my current classic Sonic streak, Aquatic Ruins. What started this one was the background, and how to get that forced perspective with the mountains, trees and a somewhat 2.5D foreground. Also the air bubbles, I wanted to get those in there somewhere. I'm quite happy with how the grounder looks, though not 100% accurate.
