Something I found interesting at a toy shop at a shopping mall near my house

A toy shop at a shopping mal near my house has the minifig blindbags displayed like this it's my first time seeing a shop do this, as anyone seen anything similar also the official Lego Store was outright on the same level as this toy store just a few units away as for whether this will encourage or discourage scalpers I'm not really sure what do you guys think of toy stores doing this, is it a good thing or a bad thing also fyi I'm from Singapore submitted by /u/BarMaleficent4713 ...
