Smooth Body Corvette z06

I am looking to create a smooth body Corvette 2003 Z06. I am a novice at MOC builds and this would be a gift for someone. I want it to be about the size of the Ford GT or the McLaren models. I have no idea where to start with the actual building/planning stages. I have used to AI to help design what I would like for it to look like, but stuck on next steps.
