SDCC 2013 Spider-Man LEGO Mini Figure LEGIT CHECK (HELP)

I bought this figure from Vinted website and wanted to check if it's real or a replica. I bought it for 130€ from a lady who didn't know much about Lego. (She said it was from her uncle's collection) The figure hasn't even arrived yet, but I started questioning it while looking at the photos in the ad. I also wanted to know if, in case it's a replica, it's worth the price I paid? , considering it's well-made. That way I'll feel less guilty. hahaha In any case, I can return the product...
