Rules for Challenge Submissions - Any Way to Update an Entry?

Is there any way to update a Challenge entry that has already been submitted? It's seems like it is possible to submit the same design again as a separate submission, but that would probably be annoying. Or is there a way to withdraw the original entry and resubmit?
