Resubmitting rejected challenges entries beyond deadline

Hi All, I'm a bit confused with the extended challenges resubmission deadline, in case the submission needed edits. So, how does this work, have you tried it? So, my entry was rejected for the Outdoors Challenge, but I'm still waiting for a detailed answer from the team (this usually takes 2-3 days), I'll definitely run out of the original deadline (April 16). But say, if I get an answer in 2 days on what to improve, do I just click 'edit' and resubmit? Will the system allow this beyond the...
