Question that was always on my mind, how did Come and Zane get their suits in DRS1?

When Nya found Cole he was in this suit already and Zane woke up in this suit but how did they get it if they were in their merge suits when they got separated? Lloyd makes sense cause he woke up in the Monastery, Kai came back in his merge suit, and Nya was found in her merge suit.
