Problem with Wall-e eyes?

Hey! Quick question about the last Wall-e Lego (43279): are the eyes of Wall-e not supposed to click in? As you can see in the video attached, they aren't holding in place. The head must be tilted backwards, otherwise the eyes drop instantly. I find it a bit odd and unsettling.
