Potential Baxter Building

So, I think we all want to see a Baxter Building pretty soon. I personally am excited for the possibility to pair with my Avengers Tower and X-Mansion to have a building for the big 3 superhero teams. But I got to thinking, if or when the eventually drop a Baxter Building Modular, what Minifigures do you think are included? I’d imagine at the very least you’d have all 4 of the fantastic 4, Franklin Richards, Silver Surfer, and Dr. Doom and then possibly H.E.R.B.I.E. Other than that that I got...
