Pokemon card submission rejected - need help figuring out why

I submitted this in the Pokemon card contest and it was denied because "Challenge entry doesn't fit brief". Can anyone help me figure out why? I went through every rule and it succeeds at all of them: It must be an original creation, not a replica or recreation of an existing Pokémon TCG card. Your build must not exceed 2500 pieces.
