Please help with Kai stone armor!!! (Read the text pls)

Did I get sold a UV reprint Stone Armor Kai as an original? I recently bought a Stone Armor Kai minifigure and paid full original price for it, but after comparing it to my original Stone Armor Jay, I’m starting to think it might be a UV reprint/custom print on genuine LEGO parts. The Kai print feels raised/textured, I can even slightly catch it with a fingernail, and under side lighting it looks grainy/shimmery. Even the face print feels textured.
