Pacific Electric PCC Version 2

This is my second version of the Pacific Electric PCC; boasting several modifications relating to aesthetics. The Windshield has been tweaked quite a bit to fill in more area and reduce overhang from the headboards, the roof & ride height have been lowered by one plate to increase proportionality, side doors have been moved outward slightly, cab fascia have been angled, the cab corners have been rounded off, and catwalks have been added to the roof.
