Oh god no, I need help, this is horrible

I am currently wanting to build a Ultron Moc. I didn't remember until I got done with his shoulders that the rotation joint I used, won't be strong of a connection for his forearms. To make matters worse is that I stupidly didn't separate the shoulders from his chest so I'll have to take them off.
