O'Neil Cylinder display

Always wanted a display of a colony from Gundam, so I made one. Not my sturdiest piece, will have to rework in the future. Maybe make it so it can spin, that would be neat. Unsure if I'll do more megastructures and stuff like that in the future, we'll see. Pairs extremely well with Lego Set 21032.
