Nya as Ninja from start

So, I know this thing is widely known, but what if Nya was a Ninja from the start? To add some context, she has all the advantages of other four Ninja, like Golden Weapon, dragon, True Potential, etc. How would her connection with characters be developed? What would happen with her arcs? Who can be a replacement for Samurai X? Would it be Pixal (let’s say she made the suit around the beginning if season 3 or the ending), what would be with Possession and Skybound Arcs, not to mention the fact...
