Beatrix's new form instead of rather being a mech it seems that in a new season it is rather apart of her body now. Sora's powers don't work on her because the mech parts are probably biologically connected to her original body and the fact that she wasn't removed from the mech at the end of the season plus the wiring connected to her original body look like they're connected.
