New Jay design that I've been working on

As promised, heres another Ninja to add to my "Tactical Suits" line. (Still debating on the name. Any of yall have ideas?) Really proud on how this turned out! Plus, I feel like it's been awhile since jay had a lighter blue in his color scheme. Ever since Jay got redesigned in 2017, I was always upset that they got rid of his eyebrow slit.
