Need guidance with a conversion, Time Machine from Back to the Future (77256)

Hello I am currently designing an alternate build. For the new Speed Champions DeLorean and I have hit a snag. I want to put white wall tires on it to represent the 1955 version of the car (as in the picture) and put the right hubcaps on it. Any ideas as I thought the speed champions has plastic rims and rubber tires ... Turns out I was wrong lol Ideally I would like to make the tires rubber and the rims a separate entity.
