I expect that the driving force behind the new Shatterspin will be Riyu's Dragon Energy, not Thunderfang's. There was also a Q&A answer suggesting that it might be possible to acquire Shatterspin and Rising Dragon simultaneously; wouldn't that likely be Arin?
