My Sarlaac pit/Sail Barge setup with custom build henchmen minifigs

Hello there everyone, I never got the UCS sail barge, but I did have the 75020 that I got a number of years back. So with the new 75396 Sarlaac pit/skiff set, I went ahead and complete my setup for the whole fight/escape scene from RotJ. I bought a second skiff without minifigs and used the extra sarlaac parts to round out the pit from the set since the back had a very unfinished look.
