More floor ideas to our 8x8 modular building?

My 4y daughter made this painting "by her grandmother" (a real artist) - so we had to build a gallery to show it in. However – I'm more of a space-ship builder myself - so I'm now struggling with what to build on top of that? A Coffee shop? An apartment? How do city-builders invent what to build?
