Modified 75286 General Grievous’s Starfighter – turned the playset into a display model

I recently modified the 75286 General Grievous’s Starfighter to make it look more like a proper display model rather than a playset. Most of the changes focus on smoothing out the ship. I replaced many exposed studs with plates and tiles so the surface is much cleaner, both on the top and the underside.
