[MOD/MOC] UCS Jango Fett's Starship - A Definitive Redesign

A LEGO fan has redesigned the rear of the UCS Jango Fett's Starship, aiming to improve its detail and accuracy to the source material. The original builder was disappointed with the rear design of the set and sought to rectify it through a series of modifications. The goal was to better represent the iconic look of Jango Fett's ship while maintaining structural integrity and functionality.

The redesign includes several enhancements. The builder focused on the area surrounding the windshield, filling gaps and creating a smoother transition to the white tiles. The rear of the ship received significant attention, with the addition of gray and dark gray pieces to better illustrate the outer edge and the inclusion of more canister-style greeblings. The bombay doors were also detailed, with a second set added for when they are opened. The wings were extended outward, providing more space for the wing-bars and adding rear-facing vents. The interior was also improved, with a proper base for the lower floor and the addition of a lower level with accessories.

Key improvements include a redesigned unibody for the windshield area, a more detailed rear section with enhanced greebling, and extended wings with added wing flaps. The interior received a more detailed lower floor and additional accessories. The builder highlighted favorite modifications, such as the bar connecting the body to the wings, the addition of red quarter circles, and the inversion of the transparent yellow engine parts.
