[moc] Wrexham, Mold and Connah's Quay Railway 2-6-0T

This was really hard because of the angled photo (which, as far as I am aware, is the only picture of this one-off locomotive). Why design it at all? Because there were only two (yes, just two) 2-6-0Ts in the history of the United Kingdom, and of the two, this one the only one with inside cylinders. Despite it being pretty petite, I managed to cram two motor cubes into this. The whole front end swivels, which isn't prototypical, but would probably make it a better runner on Lego track. ...
