Moc Brick Store Disaster...DON'T BUY FROM THEM

The user, /u/TheOldSchlGmr, shared a negative experience with MOC Brick Store, warning others not to purchase from them due to significant issues with a recent order. The user's wife ordered the MOC Transformers G1 Devestator set from MOC Brick Store on January 8th, 2026, as a birthday gift.

The order, which was expected to arrive within three weeks, took eight weeks to be delivered. The user received the package on March 28, 2026, two days after their birthday. Upon opening the box, the user found unnumbered bags of pieces, and, crucially, no instructions. After contacting MOC, they received a link to download the instructions, but the problems didn't end there. The user discovered they were missing numerous dark gray 2x1 pieces and unique pieces needed to connect the arms and legs.

Despite providing detailed information and screenshots of the missing pieces, MOC did not offer a list of the missing parts or any compensation for the errors. The user received a replacement bag of pieces, but it still did not contain all the necessary parts. The user expressed extreme dissatisfaction with the entire experience, highlighting the repeated mistakes and lack of customer service. They strongly advise against buying from MOC Brick Store, citing the numerous issues and the lack of effort to rectify the situation.
