Missing pieces

Has anyone else had this problem? I've had missing pieces from 2 sets within this past month or two, the Tie interceptor and Mandalorian fighter along with the AT-TE, and I've already requested a replacement piece for the interceptor, yet its been two weeks and it has not come.
