Minifigs 4 U Terrible Customer Service

Hey, Has anyone had any luck receiving support from Minifigs 4 U? I have tried email, their contact portal, even Instagram, and have just been ghosted. Purchased some sticker replacement kits, and the quality is not acceptable. Alignment of almost every print is off, and the Open Circle Fleet symbol has been printed 90deg off.
