Mayor Manor Question

Just built my Mayor Manor from the new Midnight Valley collection, very excited to see where they take this next! Had a question though, what's the consensus on what the green piece is on the second floor? My initial thought was some sort of toy for 'Cat', but aren't sure.... the piece from underneath the desk (I guess a chair?) sort of opens up to it so it's confusing, though probably am just overthinking it.
