Just noticed during my routine check on set retirement dates that both major Lord of the Rings sets (10316 Rivendell and 10333 Barad-dûr) just got an extra year added to their lifespan. They were previously slated for retirement at the end of 2027, but the shelf-life data just shifted them back to December 31, 2028 (+366 days). The Concorde got extended to 2028 as well. This is good news for us LotR fans! Hopefully this means they are selling well and we will get more and more! ...
