Looking for MOC feedback

I was inspired by Diisel's excellent Peter Parker Apartment MOC from a few years ago and wanted to convert the newer Peter Parker's Apartment set (76317) into a modular to fit in with my Bugle/Avengers Tower/Sanctum Sanctorum. For the ground floor I included a pizzeria like Diisel's, and I added a laundromat. The first floor is Peter and MJ's apartment, while the second floor was intended to be for Miles Morales and his parents (hence the extra bedroom). I left the back relatively undecorated...
