Looking for help with an awesome Deoxys MOC

I downloaded the parts list a while ago from Rebrickable and went to go back to buy the instructions and saw the page has been taken down. (Someone on instagram theorized it's because people were reselling it, I also noticeed he is now employed at Lego now? IDK, not...
