Lego set came with extra bags

I’m new to buying Lego again and I just bout the Jurassic park t-Rex breakout from eBay. It was sealed and when I opened it there were 2 extra bags in it. Two number 6 and 8 but they seem to be from different sets. Is this a common occurrence? Does anybody know what sets they’re from?
