Lego's Mystery Bridge Solved!

Have you ever noticed this piece the 2x2 tile with a suspension bridge printed on it? (Part 3068bpb0674). I started noticing it as I was building the Lego modulars. This bridge has appeared in 7 of the last 11 modulars! It also appeared in a few sitcom sets and even Sesame Street. That's quite the portfolio! I was curious so I did some research.
