LEGO missprint?

Okay, so today I opened Lego set 76343 and while building I noticed these pen marks on hulk's torso. The set was fabrically sealed but hulk's torso was out of bags. Maybe it's because it traveled a lot (I ordered from Romania on Vinted) it travelled about 1000km and the box was pretty beat up so maybe it's delivery issues. Anyway do you think LEGO will resend me this part or should I just accept these scratches? I tried to brush them off but it's permanent. From what I've heard LEGO's ai on...
