Okay, so today I opened Lego set 76343 and while building I noticed these pen marks on hulk's torso. The set was fabrically sealed but hulk's torso was out of bags. Maybe it's because it traveled a lot (I ordered from Romania on Vinted) it travelled about 1000km and the box was pretty beat up so maybe it's delivery issues.
