Lego Hoonicorn Price Issue

I am not quite sure what the issue is with the price of new Ken Block’s Hoonicorn set that will be released this summer I always thought that 10 pieces per dollar or 10 cents per piece a pretty good measurement to determine a set’s price (obviously there are licensing and special parts issues but in general).
