Lego gas lighting me about points

(Picture so this doesn’t get lost) LEGO is trying to gaslight me out of 4x points on the Wonka set. I ordered this on December 29, last year. It had the 4x points banner. It finally shipped and arrived last weekend, only had a chance to open it this weekend. I checked lego.com and saw they didnt give me the 4x points.
