Lego customer service is unmatched

So a bit of context, I placed an order for the May 4th promo specifically for the Dark Saber GWP. After about 10 days of the tracking saying “waiting for package” I contacted LEGO support who agreed to reship the order. However with it being so much later I wasn’t able to receive the gift with purchase. After I saw a post this morning about how it was back in stock I reached out to support once more.
