Lego Box damaged, should I return it?

I’ve bought this from Amazon, for a potential resell if the price goes up a lot. If not, I have a nice decoration. I’m sad to see in which condition the box arrived - even not sure if it was professionally opened once (I’m pretty new and have only a few sets).
