Just picked this (UP) 😆😏 from my local Bricks and minifigs store :)

This is the full complete UP house with box, instructions, minifigs and every single piece, including extra pieces on the side that I didn’t show all for $35! Now this store is not the greatest for buying single mini figures individually because they get marked up very high but if you ever find a set for a good price, make sure you take advantage of that because they marked those very well and you get a lot of value from it as you would buying it from a department store or the official Lego...
