Just getting back into collecting and my partner surprised me

My partner showed me a bunch of what they had left from their childhood and I’m stunned I’ve never even seen some of these sets and know very little about them. They even said they were surprised they still had them thinking they’d been sold in a yard sale years ago. This is crazy to me. I don’t even know where to start going through it all.
