Just an ordinary cardboard box, but with little cats inside
BlockTalk Summary
LEGO fan designer /u/Chrixeleon has entered their clever creation, "The Purrfect Package", into the recent LEGO Ideas Hidden Secrets challenge, successfully advancing it to the exciting fan vote stage. This creative build cleverly disguises a collection of delightful feline micro dioramas inside what appears to be an ordinary shipping box.
Working within the strict 250-piece limit imposed by the challenge, the designer successfully captured familiar cat antics in miniature scale. A standout feature of the model is its functional hinge system, which allows the cardboard-style box to fully unfold inside out. This thoughtful engineering provides builders and collectors with multiple display options to showcase the hidden feline scenes.
While waiting to see how the fan vote unfolds for this submission, builders taking on small-scale MOCs (My Own Creations) can keep their workspace tidy with a LEGO storage organizer.
I designed this model, "The Purrfect Package", for the recent LEGO Ideas Hidden Secrets challenge and it made it to the fan vote! It was tricky with the 250 piece limit, but I wanted to capture some familiar cat antics in micro dioramas and encapsulate them in a realistic-looking shipping box. The box's hinges also allow it to fully unfold inside out so it can be displayed in a variety of ways. Let me know what you think! submitted by /u/Chrixeleon [link] [comments]
