Jurassic World Exclusive T-Rex prize set.

Hi guys! Hope everyone is doing well. Bit of a weird one here. So a few months ago my friend won a competition and was given a Jurassic world exclusive T rex 4000031 sealed. Info online is sparse but looks like it was a limited (500?) run and were only for prizes not purchase. Was hoping someone here would have some more information they could tell me about it.
