J1e Hudson “Narrow Gauge” scale

About two years ago, started designing a NYC J1e Hudson that’ll run on two stud wide track. Over the years, I tweaked my design and discovered the correct scale is 1:59.8. The overall goal is simple in theory, but hard in practice: make the locomotive run and detailed. The locomotive has an inbuilt motor and has a full custom set of wheels.
