Is this used lot worth $600?

I have an opportunity to buy this used lot nearby. I’d probably keep half and sell the other half. Would this be worth it? I would consider selling: the Disney sets, all minifigs, small Taj, Giza, Statue of Liberty, chess, slave 1, carousel, ISS, Delorean, Ducati, Rolling Stones, Apollo I would keep: friends sets, big Taj, Ecto 1 I can’t tell if it’s just be easier to go find those sets I would keep separately and skip trying to sell the above.
