Is this the Overlord’s true form??

I got the Legacy Overlord figure recently and I wondered what version this is supposed to represent. It can’t be the Golden Master cause that figure has a direct Legacy variant, so then I thought maybe it’s supposed to be the version where he possesses Garmadon because the helmet is the same, but then why the golden master-esque torso printing?
