Is this minifigure Mr gold ?

Hi I don't use Reddit so I'm unfamiliar with how this works however I been looking through old Lego minifigures looking for any valuable ones to sell I found this minifigure that looks like mr gold which apparently is valuable however the chest has no engraving and the head has completely faded. On the leg piece there is an engraving of 9 does that mean anything ? does anybody know if this is real/ worth anything. Any help would be much appreciated thank you submitted by /u/Due_One5868...
